Oh my goodness, I just saw the Instagram post of @mediterraneandiet.plan and @andyseastcoastkitchen making a salad with lemon thyme dressing, and it looked so delicious! I remembered having this plant in my garden and immediately made it! And oh my gosh, this is so delicious and so fresh!
